Organization and Fan Tables
The Alabama Phoenix Festival invites organizations and fan groups to participate in this year’s festival. We are providing tables at no charge to any organization or fan group that wishes to promote themselves. These tables will be located in the traffic areas throughout the conference center and, when possible, placement will be near related programming rooms.
These tables will be accessible at all times that conference center programming is scheduled, however all persons manning a table must have membership badges. Please contact info@alabamaphoenixfestival.com for group rates for organizations.
To be fair to vendors, only items bearing the organizations logo are allowed to be sold at these tables. Also APF is not responsible for watching these tables so please do not leave any items unattended.
