Registration and Memberships

Each attending person will be required to purchase a membership with the Alabama Phoenix Festival for the 2013 event. Memberships may be purchased through our online store or by downloading the 2013 membership application form and mailing it in. Each member will need to visit the registration table, located at the entrance to the conference center, during posted hours to receive a membership badge. The badge MUST be visible at all times while at the convention facility or while attending convention related events.

Memberships may be purchased through our online store or download and complete the following membership application form. Please remember to fill out information for each membership you are purchasing.

You will receive confirmation by email after your order is processed. Within two months before the convention, you will receive a registration card by mail for each pre-registered member. Please put this card in a secure location and remember to bring it along with a photo ID to the pre-registration area to help speed along the registration process. Children and minors without a photo ID will need to register at the same time as an accompanying adult.

Access to the Author's Alley
Access to the Comic's Creators Corner
An APF program bok and schedule (while supplies last)

Memberships exclude the following:

Some Tournament Gaming Sessions
Some autographs (typically actors)

Important, Please Read!

  • The following rules apply to all members:
  • Badges must be worn by all attendees at all times. Lost badges can only be replaced with the purchase of a new registration.
  • Be sure to register early. All late registrations will be returned and will require the purchase of a registration "at the door".
  • If you do not receive confirmation of your registration, or if your payment hasn't been processed after two weeks, please contact Alabama Phoenix Festival Registration to inform them of the problem.
  • Include information for each membership you order.
    Children twelve (12) and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • Any member caught breaking convention rules, which may include, but is not limited to maliciously damaging or destroying convention property, harrassing guests or personnel, will be held liable for any and all damages and will be required to surrender their badge with loss of membership privileges which could include future events, and will be escorted from the convention property, and may be subject to criminal prosecution.
